On September 12, a ceremony was held at the Shenyang Taoxian International Airport to welcome the remains of the 12th group of Chinese People’s Volunteers (CPV) martyrs from South Korea. Earlier, a Y-20 transport aircraft brought back from South Korea the remains of 30 CPV martyrs and 267 of their personal effects to the motherland and four J-20s escorted them to Shenyang. After the ceremony, the caskets containing the remains of the martyrs were escorted to the CPV martyrs’ cemetery in Shenyang by a motorcade. (Photos:Cui Meng/GT)
